I'm excited to to tell you all that one of my engagement sessions has been picked up for an online wedding magazine article! LA Style Unveiled is a very cool, very chic online web site for wedding couples. You need to check it out for all the great inspiration and timeline advice.

Anyhow, head on over to see the E-session I did of Sandra and Kevin in Venice recently.

I thought I'd do a quick post of some of the headshots I did this past month. Some are cooperate headshots, some actors, some are just because. And I love promoting those in my community so please click on their link if they have one to learn more about them. In no particular order...

Efrem Bergman: Composer, Piano Teacher (great, nice guy if you need a piano teacher for your kids)

Aaron Porter: Dancer, Dance and Theater Instructor, Dance Competition Judge

Shawn Burns: Talent Agent/Owner of Rocket Science Talent (specializing in visual and special effect artists)

Rhonda Gunner: Visual Effects Producer/Consultant for movies such as 'Where the Wild Things Are', 'Star Trek' and more!

Jason Cohen: Lawyer/Partner in Vaughn-Cohen Law Firm (amazingly nice guys and family men)

Barak Vaughn: Lawyer/Partner in Vaughn-Cohen Law Firm (see above)

Sheree Knuth: fabulously sweet Aussie... just because

DJ's Bar Mitzvah was probably the most packed, most fun Bar Mitzvah that I've photographed in a long time. I have never seen so many people cram a dance floor until the last song played, young and old, all there celebrating DJ! And of course it didn't hurt that the reception was at the famous Canyon Club. (I've shot a few concerts here as well and it is a very cool venue if anyone is shopping around for something dark and rock and roll-ish!)

Okay, so they also had my all time, new favorite event thing (that's a technical term)... they had a Candy Bar!!!!!! Yummmmm! It was set up outside so as the kids left they could fill up a container. I think I need to put in my contract that all events I shoot from now on have to have a Candy Bar!
Just wrapping up editing but meanwhile here are some photos of the amazing Bar Mitzvah boy himself...

I love this Yad, a gift from his Hebrew teacher...

Mike, I'm sorry you aren't in this one but I adore this photo of Gayle with her two boys...

The fabulous Canyon Club with DJ's Dog Pound theme decorations... and of course the Candy Bar!

Thank you to my second shooter, Thomas Frank.
