I am so excited to announce client web sites to my studio offerings! What a great way to keep guests in the loop with photos, locations, registry, etc... if you are having a special event, or, let the world know about your newborn baby, like the one below.  Think of it as a digital birth announcement!

Sites will be included free of charge for all weddings and other special events.  For family portraits, we can add a site for a small set up fee.  If you have already booked with me and would like your very own web site, please contact me soon!

(You can click on the thumbnail below to view all the pages or click here to view at full size.)

What a great site to offer your clients. They must be super stoked!

Some of you may remember Krysti from the maternity shoot we did a few months back.  Well, their healthy, little baby has finally arrived and is as beautiful as her mother... and dad! These were taken when M was just ten days old.  (Photographing newborns is best done at about 7-10 days, in case any of you are considering it.)  Miss M was already so alert and strong.  By the way, dad is a kick-butt DJ so any one out there planning a special event, check out Bino's web site!  He is the best and such a great guy too!

Here are some of my favorites from this newborn session...

I'm so thrilled that boudoir is making a big comeback.  I shoot a lot of these in the late 80's, early 90's but somehow it just disappeared for awhile.  I don't always get permission to post these but here are a few from a recent session I did.  My client called me up and said she wanted to make a book for her hubby as an anniversary gift.  What a great idea!  They have kids and have been married, I believe, around 15 years or so.  Talk about keeping that spark alive!

We were real stealth about this.  (I love being sneaky for couples!) The book looks great and since she gave it to him this past weekend, I feel safe finally posting these.  We did cutesy as well as sexy and it just goes to show you don't have to bare it all or be raunchy to make these sessions work... unless of course you want to!  ;-)

Well, that was a fun four days in Vegas!  Whew!  You know what they say though, so I can't really tell ya anything 'cause it's staying there! No, really, I had an amazing time networking, finding some AMAZING new, handmade 100% eco friendly albums that are to die for (and I can't wait to start offering them) and a bunch of other goodies.

Trying to catch up on phone calls, emails and upcoming shoots so I should have some fab photos for you all to look at soon. Meanwhile, check out this hilarious video by some videographers in the UK.  If anyone is getting married over there, you need to do one of these with Lockdown Projects.  If any local videographers do these let me know!!!!!  And seriously, if you are this much fun, you need to hire me to shoot your wedding!  What a blast to be part of this kind of energy!

I will be out of the office from Sunday to Thursday this work for the WPPI Convention (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International). This is the largest conference and trade show for photographers in the world!  The timing for me to go has never worked out so this will be the first year for me to attend and I am sooooo excited.  There are hundreds of presentations, parties galore, networking with other photographers and a trade show that I am dying to see!

All calls and emails will be returned when I get back.

Big skies like this always remind me of Nevada.  (Taken with my iPhone camera)
