I'm excited to share this new album sample I got back last week. It's a leather bound 12x6 album with watercolor paper. When open, it is 12x12 and I love the texture and thickness of the paper. The photos are slightly subdued, giving everything a soft, romantic feel. These albums are also available with a photo on the cover. Let me know what you think. (Other sizes available as well.)

Hopefully you can see the paper texture on your computer monitors...

I am so excited to announce client web sites to my studio offerings! What a great way to keep guests in the loop with photos, locations, registry, etc... if you are having a special event, or, let the world know about your newborn baby, like the one below. Think of it as a digital birth announcement!
Sites will be included free of charge for all weddings and other special events. For family portraits, we can add a site for a small set up fee. If you have already booked with me and would like your very own web site, please contact me soon!
(You can click on the thumbnail below to view all the pages or click here to view at full size.)

I'm excited about heading out to the WPPI convention in March. I am mostly excited about the trade show and getting some info on new and green products. Especially the green stuff. I am trying to go more and more green since that is the way I live my personal life but I have had a hard time finding vendors of high quality that share these same values.

I will be there from March 7-10. If you live in Vegas and would like to schedule a portrait session with me during those dates, please contact me as soon as possible so I can get you scheduled! Can't wait to get some great shoots done in this fab city!
Last time I was in Vegas, I think I was still shooting with film exclusively! Or maybe just starting to dabble with that digital stuff. Needless to say, it's been a while but I have my Elvis glasses and I'm ready to go!

I just wanted to let all of you know that my online gallery will be down for maintenance this weekend. If you try to log in to view photos between Friday at midnight through Sunday evening you may not be able to gain access. Sorry for any inconvenience.
I'm looking froward to meeting with three couples this weekend to talk about their weddings and a baby shower for my new friend who you saw here just earlier this week. 2010 is off to a great start.

I hope your weekend is amazing for you too. :-)

I love my Fed Ex guy. He always brings me awesome boxes full of fabulousness! I usually have to hand them over to a client but I don't care. Seeing a beautiful album full of my images is still a thrill as I know I have captured memories my families will pass down for generations!

My latest delivery from Finao was created as a beautiful gift from one of my Arizona clients to her husband for his surprise 50th birthday party. I love when my clients think outside the box.
This is one of my classic storybook album offerings with a few great upgrades: aged brown leather, cover photo and a name debossed into the leather (I love the subtlety of this!)
Besides the archival quality of these albums, one of the reasons I use this album company is the gorgeous, environmentally friendly packaging which aligns with my own green mission. They also have numerous vegan cover options!
