Although I am a wedding photographer who specializes in wedding photography in Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange County, I encourage the idea of having a destination wedding. In my opinion, destination weddings create amazing memories because you get to celebrate your union at a unique location. I used to live in St. Lucia and shot many destination weddings there and around the Caribbean and highly encourage weddings in locations that differ from your home town.
Even though I reside in Los Angeles and love LA dearly, I frequent Orange County (OC) a lot because is home to many beautiful hotels and beaches: Laguna Niguel, Crystal Cove, Dana Point and more! Orange County weddings offer different highlights especially with the rolling hills and beach weddings, which are very popular in OC.
Since I live on the outskirts of Los Angeles County, Ventrura County is only a few moments from my home. Ventura County encompasses some beautiful cities and coastal areas like Camarillo, Oxnard, Westlake, Thousand Oaks, Ojai, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Fillmore, San Buenaventura, Agoura and Port Hueneme.
