Welcome.

karen ard meditation teacher

Hi, I’m Karen - welcome! I’m so happy to connect with you here. Starting as a young child, I’ve had visions of past lives, spirit guides, and strong intuitions. I first discovered meditation and Buddhist philosophies while still in high school and have spent my adult years cultivating a practice that I now share both in person and online. I am a wife, mother of two, an artist, and a wellness practitioner, who loves guiding people back to their inner steadiness through nature, meditation, breathwork, and mindful presence.

Drawing from Buddhist mindfulness, shamanic traditions, and my own journey as an intuitive Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), I offer a gentle, attuned approach to healing. My work is rooted in the belief that true transformation arises when we honor the subtle rhythms of our bodies and the interconnectedness of all life.

A Nature-Based Approach to Healing

Magic happens when we settle into the body, quiet the mind, and tend to what is here — right now. Nature amplifies this experience, reminding us we are part of something larger, wiser, and deeply interconnected.

  • You crave a deeper connection to yourself and the natural world.

  • You’re seeking a gentle path of inner healing, guided by presence, not pressure.
