Sound Bath

Temecula, CA

March 21, 7-8 PM

The Spring Equinox, often known as Ostara in earth-honoring traditions, marks the sacred moment when day and night stand in perfect balance. It is a threshold in the Wheel of the Year—a time when the earth awakens, seeds begin to stir beneath the soil, and the returning light invites growth, renewal, and possibility.

During this Spring Equinox sound bath, you will be invited to lie down and rest as the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments move through the space. These sounds can help quiet the mind, relax the nervous system, and open a doorway to deeper listening within.

Together we will pause to honor the turning of the seasons, welcoming the energy of new beginnings and reconnecting with the rhythms of the natural world. This is a time for balance, reflection, and planting quiet intentions for the season ahead.

No experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow the sounds to hold you.

Please bring:
• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• A blanket or layers for warmth
• An eye mask or small pillow if you enjoy using them
